Default Front Bumper cover

I've saw some mustang with the same problem as mine. Front bumper do curves under the fog lamps. Not sure what it can be.

Maybe about the front shock bumper absorber.

My fog lamp are genuine Hella and they don't look like to be as far in the bumper as on others mustang

Here is my fog light

Here's what i look like on others

someone has already saw and solved this?
