Default front sway bar

I bought a 1990 mustang that had a 4cyl in it about a year ago, my plans were to build a 351w to put down in it. I finished the motor two weeks ago and put the motor down in the car and came to find out that the oil pans front drain plug is sitting on the sway bar. Do I need to put a sway bar from a v8 car in to replace the 4cyl bar If not what can i do?

Cool

best to put a V8 antiroll bar in as you have about 200 or so extra pounds to control. that said, if you use washers between the antiroll bar mount and the frame, you can pickup about 1/2 tp 3/4" clearance.
