Post Fuel flow on a 93GT ??

Do I need o remove the gas tank and clean it out along with all the fuel lines?? I am not getting any fuel into the engine bay and I need to figure out why. My pump is making noise but I don't hear anything flowing through the pump itself. What could be wrong. Clogged fuel tank and pickup?? the car has been sitting at least 2 years. The lines running fromthe tank to the pump are clean..but should I be running the line from the tank pickup tp the pump, or the tank p ickup to the filter?

The pump that you have, does it have the same size inlet and outlet? The reason that I ask, if they are the same do you have it turned right. Recheck the positive and negative wires to make sure they are right - pump running backwards? Just some thoughts

That's a great idea. I wa thinking along the same lines last night. Just to verify...The correct path for fuel flow is out the pickup tube into the pump through the filter to the fuel rail correct? I'll check that ASAP after work. Thanks
