![]() I've seen overheating do that before. You should hook a fuel pressure gauge up and find out what pressure is when you first start it up like that. Kinda almost sounds like a little vapor lock even.

![]() You may be right...that time that it failed on the highway, I got stuck in some stop and go, then it went out a few minutes later. After about 1/2 hour later of letting it cool down (I really wish I knew to vent the gas tank) it started back up. The next day I had the pump checked and they said it was shot. If it was the fuel pump, wouldn't I have had or be having problmes all the time? Thanks!
