Default fuel pressure question

Should my Fuel Pressure be set @ 39 psi or higher??

Just in case you forgot, here's my info:

393 stroker
Edelbrock heads
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake
70 MM BBK Tb
75 MM Pro-M MAF
30 lb. FRPP injecotrs
Cartech external tank fuel pump (1000lph)
Custom grind equivalent to a Ford Racing 351 crate
engine "Z" cam

Best E.T. - 12.41/Best MPH = 108
Engine is a 1969 351 block w/393 stroker kit. Dynamic Roller Myte C4, 8 pt cage. Edlebrock Performer heads and Victor Jr. EFI, FRPP 30lb injectors & Cartech fuel system. MSD ignition. Sothside Machine bars & Sub-frames, adj. upper's, 3.73's, Koni rear shocks, much more

Best way to find out is to put it on the dyno with a wide band O2 sensor.

It wouldn't hurt to raise it to 50psi, though.

I WISH we had a dyno around here. Closest one that I know of is in Boston. And I'm closer to NYC than Boston. Thanks for the advice!
