Post Fuel Pressure Regulator???

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if a fuel pressure regulator would actually help my car run stronger. I know the computer will adjust the duration of the injector pulse to get the amount of fuel it needs, but if it sometimes needs more than what it can get at the factory pressure, this can help. I have very slight mods (see sig). What do you guys think???
