Question Steeda Timing Adj. setting

I ordered my TA and should get it in on thursday. My question is how far can I advance the timing for the most optimal gain? BTW I always use Sunoco 94 octane. Also what RPM would be the best for me to shift at while i'am racing with the mods I have? Thanks for any suggestions.

From what I've heard from other Cobra owners is 14*. For my car 14-15* gave practically the same results but some Cobra owners have gotten detonation at 15* and 93 Octane.
