Question Fuel Pump Problem

We have an '89 GT and while driving the engine just cuts out. When trying to restart we hear little or no noise from the fuel pump. If we wait 15 mins the car will start. Fuel pump continuity and flow ok. Please help!!!

It could be your fuel pump relay. The relay is located under the drivers seat and costs about $10 at an auto parts store. I'd start there.
