Fuel Pump Relay
 

Just lately when I turn the key on, instead of cycling, the fuel pump keeps running. Also it keeps running after I turn the car off. If I reach under the seat and shake the relay, it stops running after I turn off the car. Is it the relay, a wirering problem, or is there a timer else where in the car?

had the same problem once ,i changed the relay and it remedied it

The contacts inside the relay are probably getting "sticky". Try replacing it before anything else.
