Default Fuel lines

I am in need of some help witht he fuel lines at the rear of the car.

The rubber supply line that goes from the fuel tank to the fuel filter has been melted by my tailpipes. Unfortunately, Ford does not make this part and I have yet to find anyone that has a replacement.

Also, it turns out that the line is not completely rubber. There is a plastic tube that runs inside and the rubber is just a cover. This means that splicing in a piece of rubber fuel hose will be pretty much impossible.

Does anyone have any ideas or sources for this hose?

Thanks,
Eric
