Default what year of 5.0 is this?

well, I bought the h.o 5.0L that I was looking at, it is a fresh remanufactured motor...by ford....says who did it and all. Has some numbers on it. I thought the motor was a 92, but now I am wondering if that is when it was remanufactured.

the engine was suppose to be out of a 92 drop top, it is an h.o. engine, I am trying to decide if it has the forged pistons or hyper. The block says e7te, which should mean 87 truck engine....but I am wondering if most of the h.o.'s said that after 87. Anyone know how to tell for sure? It is on a stand in my garage, I can post pictures also if needed.
