![]() Anything will help me here, I'm going out of town for two months and need my car to pass emissions by this friday. My hc level was 1.8 and the level needed to pass is 0.8, my CO level was 32 and I need a 15 to pass. My car is a 93' Probe 2.5L. Yes I know its not a Mustang! I have a 91'GT for weekend cruises, the Probe is my daily driver.
What I'm wondering is what I need to do so my levels go down. Its the original cat. converter, will a new cat. make a big difference? I took the O2 sensors out, one looked great the other was bad so I only replaced the bad one. I'm going to clean my MAF, heard if they're dirty the cause the car to run rich...any other ideas out there??? Thanks for the help in advance!! |
