The Holley lower is 1262 Fel-Pro, it would be best to port match the heads or you will have a big step and air flow restriction which will create turbulance.

As for the PCV, run the PCV to the intake tube not to the Holley tree and it will work just fine, why do you want to get rid of it and put it in the valve cover?

the edelbrock head uses a fel-pro 1250 gasket to finish answering your question.

And i think you will still see oil in the intake even if your PCV is in the valve cover. thats what it does, sucks crap back into the intake, I would think it doesnt matter the source of the crap, manifold or valve cover.

try replacing the screen below the PCV valve to help
