All cars/drivers run soo different.

If your talking slicks and a converter you can do it.

with a mild setup a 5speed is to your best advantage on getting those times.

You could easily pull off mid 13's, but dont be disappointed if you go 14.3's.

Get a 5spd and some slicks and you'll gget there easier.
