Going To Make A Driveshaft Safty Loop... Need Measurements Please

What are the measurements for a driveshaft safty loop for an 88 GT, and where do you mount it???

Thanks

If you get an NHRA rule book, it'll give the exact requirements...something like within 6" from the u-joint. Most Mustang specific loops mount just in front of the rear bolts for the front seats. The FRPP or Lakewood loops are only about $25, I don't think your time, effort and materials can do it that cheaply.

well, my moms friend owns a metalworking shop, and he said why buy something he can make?

there like $80 up here, so it would be worth my while.

thanks anyways
