![]() I dont know much about superchargers, so I thought one of you guys might be able to help me out.
A friend of mine offered me a complete SC93 setup for a '87-'93 stang, for $1500. I believe it has low miles, and comes with a 77mm MAF and maybe 24lb injectors. I just sold my built 5.0 and want to buy a stock one and just put a supercharger on it, to keep driveability. I would not run over 6psi boost. For this setup do you think I would be better off with the Paxton or an A-trim Vortech, new, for a couple hundered more? Thanks for any info. Jeff

![]() If it were me I would go with a new A-trim. You never know what you are getting with used parts.

![]() For $1600, you can get a brand new Novi 1000. The SN-93 is the old style Paxton and I don't really have much experience with it. If it were me, I'd pay the extra hundred or so and get a new Novi or A-trim.
BTW, the Novi 1000 flows better than the A-trim incase you didn't know. ![]()

![]() stang_crazy, that sounds like good advice, I would rather have a brand new complete kit.
Where have you seen the paxton for $1600? Thanks Jeff

![]() I bought my Novi 1000 from www.musclemotors.com back in July. If I remember correctly, the final price was $1698 delivered to my door. And it arrived in less than 10 days!! If you have any questions, call up Muscle Motors and talk to Jack. He's a great guy and has helped alot of people with great prices. He's also a sponsor of www.novipower.com
