Default upper rpm wot miss in the AM??

my cars been running bad for a couple weeks. got my friend to look at it and we figured out that the timing was far too advanced. the car was running like a bat out of hell last night, and we were both very satisfied with the results. we beat an LS1 body and lost by 1 car length to a low 13 second IROC.

well, get in the car this morning, go to MC'Ds on the way to work, and the cars warmed up so i decide to hit it. cars been doing this for a while, but i was hopeful that what we did last night would have fixed the problem. it didnt.

at approximately 4k-4.5k the car misses at WOT. only does it in the morning. i dont know if its dew related or temperature related. its been doing this for a while, as i said.

ive replaced: coil, cap, rotor, tfi module, plugs, wires, tps and maf.
tps voltage is at .98 although i haven't measured it at wot. it should be at 5v at wot, correct?

anything else that you guys can think of that would cause this problem? its not that big of a deal to me now, since i obviously dont do much spirited driving in the morning, but i fear that this problem will continue to all times of the day during the winter, if i do find that its temperature related. sorry for the long post but this is really irritating me.

mods:
306, T-5, 75mm MAF, 65mm TB, Flow work on intake, offroad h-pipe, P&P heads, ud pulleys, E-303 cam, Crane ignition coil, 8mm wires, Hooker headers, Flowmaster exhaust, K & N panel filter, High volume fuel pump, Aluminum driveshaft, Spec Stage 2 clutch, Steeda adj. clutch quadrant and cable, Posi-unit, 3.55s

edit: i did pull codes yesterday, and i think all codes were smog related except an iac valve (friend said my car has a bypass on it) and the fuel pump secondary relay. could this have anything to do with it?
codes: koeo - 81,82,95 koer - 94,44,18
