Default GT-40 SVO 345 hp long block...

Does anyone have experience with the SVO GT-40 (aluminum heads) long block (p/n: M6007XB3). Ford claims that it puts out 345 hp. Is this accurate? I mean you can get these suckers for around 3 grand. Is it me or is that almost too good to be true? Does anyone have direct experience with these longblock? Where can I get more info on them?
