![]() I bought a new timing chain and it doesn't look like it is going to work. The cam that mounts on the front of the cam gear for the fuel pump doesnt sit evenly. I have a couple ideas but I don't know if any of them are a good idea. the fuel pump cam has these two circular peices the outer one is the reason that it doesn't fit. If I just mounted up the innner piece it would fit fine but that takes away the bearing affect. I was also thinking about grinding down one side of the cam gear. I would only have to take a little off to make it fit but I don't want to throw it off balance. I don't have the money to get an electric and a block off plate so i have to make this work somehow.
