Default Front Bumper Question

What is the name of the piece plastic/fiberglass looking piece that goes directly behind the front bumper? Mine is broken where the one of the fog lamp brackets go, and I want to order one when I order a new bumper cover, but nobody shows a picture on their web site. Thanks.

50resto.com sells these parts pictured. They do not have pictures on the site, but i took these from the catalog. I know they are not high quality, but it may help.

top left is showing the bumper setup.
top right is showing part (D) which is the crash guard (bolts to the frame).
bottom left is showing part (B) whish is the headlight panel (fits into the bumper).

hope this helps...
