![]() get an analog voltmeter and get the codes from that. Better yet, use that meter to test the continuity of your spark plug wires!

![]() Yes, the $35 EEC tester has a "clylinder balance" test funtion that will tell you if one cylinder is weaker than the others, which could possibly be from a bad plug wire.
