H-Pipe swap
 

We have emmissions testing in my county and was wondering how long it would take to swap the stock converter h-pipe with an aftermarket h-pipe without converters and visa-versa. We have to get tested every two years. What hassles are involved besides time and effort and how long does it take?

I do mine every year. Takes me about an hour in the driveway with the car on ramps.

i do it once a year. im in HS and i just use the auto shop lifts, but it can be done easily in the driveway or garage.

the first time i swapped a pipe, it took me 3 hours, now i can do it less than 1 hour.
