Smile Hatch noise/low speed bucking

Hay Guy's.Can anyone tell me how to eliminate a noisy Hatch? What do I look for in tightening it up? Its irritating driving and hearing this thing squeeking. Also? When you close the hatch? You can lift it about 1/2 in.Secondly? When I shift down into first and idle along? I get bucking/jerking sensation till I add some gas.Driving habit? or other? Many thanks for the help guys.I come often for all the great advice people offer.
