Thumbs down Head gasket problems

I got my high idle problem solved so my Vortech SQ finally blew he stock head gasket(s), now it's time to stop fooling around and put real heads on it, here's my plan:
AFR 165 Street Outlaw Heads ( CARB approved )
larger injectors and calibrated MAS airflow sensor
ARP Cylinder head studs
Com Cams steel roller rocker arms
The cars is a weekend driver and I consider it a high speed cruiser, still has all stock accessories including A/C (get's pretty hot here in So. Cal.) it's in cherry shape with 68,000 miles on the 'clock', very comfortable ride.
My question3:
Should I have the heads milled for a wire lock head gasket ?
36 or 42 lb injectors ?
I get 10 lbs of boost (indicated) at over 5500 rpm with the Cobra intake and ceramic shorties recently installed.

Thanks goodyear, good info. The speed shop I am dealing with suggested 42 'pounders also.
