Hey, DirtKing, you have to bring your ride down to the Mustang show next weekend. (American Ford, 10am-4pm, June 9th)

My CR is only about 9.3:1, but I'm running the TFS O-ringed gaskets. I planned to go supercharged someday.

This message was just and excuse to say hi and tell you to go to the mustang show. That is all.

now i gotta eat crow and admit that i'm down a head gasket...i'm not sure i'll have the heads machined for the loc wires if i go that route. felpro says that the 9333 is a good gasket but it's graphite and I've heard that graphite can separate in bimetal motors...

That really sucks. Do you know what caused the failure? Is it something that wouldn't have toasted a piston if the gasket held?

Go to the Mustang show even if you don't have your car. I'm looking forward to meeting as many MWers as I can there.
