head rest removal

Does anyone know the procedure for removing the headrest on an 88GT? Need to to get my sheepskin seatcover on.

theres a long interlocking clip on the lower back of the headrest, you have to pull it apart. then rotate the headrest forward and down, and it should slip right off.

What about 85? Would I do the same thing for an 85?
