Well, I found that getting a socket next to the header was almost impossible. I used a hex head bolt and it made it so easy to get in. Getting the hex key in the tight space was simple. The lock tight should keep them in(thanks 1BAD89).
You might want to try hex heads if you need to put in some new header bolts. I can't see why this would be a bad thing to try.
