header Q's????
I am doing a swap of a 5.0 into a toyota 4Runner. My question is...I know 88 mustang stock shorties will work in it if I torch off the collector flange and weld on an extension pipe...Will 94-95 headers work the same??? Some others have said they dump differently...Is it closer to the block or the framerail???? Thanks in advance

You might have better luck getting an answer to this question on http://www.pirate4x4.com in the Toyota section

NO. I hang out there quite a bit...I need MUSTANG specific questions answered. If you were to try to bolt up 94-95 headers in your 88 Mustang...Would the collector be farther away from the engine or closer??? Most of the guys are doing Chevy swaps. I have already done one ford 302 swap but used Advanced adapters slick fit headers (they suck) I just wanted something that will flow better and not cost so much. $270 for the slick fits. Thanks.
