Headers

Looking to put in new set of headers on my 85 Mustang GT (V8-5.0). Was wondering if any one had any suggestions. Thanks

Depends :)

What else do you have? Plan to ever get forced induction? If you want the best buy I would reccomend the MAC Shorty Equal headers. They are cheap and pretty good...If you want the best of the best then I like the BBK Long Tube headers...note taht long tubes are kind of a pain on the fox body (not sure about the SN95s....) especially if you are thinking about lowering your car cause they can scrape.

Thanks,

I'd recomend the FRPP headers over the Mac and the BBK chrome over the Mac simply beacuse they have the one piece flange that helps keep the headers from warping over time. If you are going to be doing some mods in the future, like heads cam intake etc. then go with the long tubes as you'll want them when you have it all together. The BBK chrome ones are nice, they have the single flange and are only about $239.
