heads question
 

i have a 76 351W with the head casting DOOE are they worth keeping and massaging? Or should i toss them for AFR 185?

they are a basic smog head with horrible ports. if you have the time and skill you can make them work well by porting them and putting in bigger valves. otherwise ditch them. it takes enough money just putting in bigger valves to nearly justify buying better heads. after the valves your just about 30 hours of porting away from power.the afr is a real nice head.just bolt on.
