Default Engine Temp.

My engine never really warms up. I have an aftermarket gauge and I think the stock one works, no matter how much i drive the car or let it sit and idle neither gauge moves much. The after market one sometimes goes a little over 130. I also notice that my upper radiator hose always fells like it has no pressure in it. I'm thinking maybe the stat is stuck open or slosed? Or i have air in the system?

a similiar thing happened to me when i put in a 180 degree thermostat with 3 holes in it. not good on a stock engine. either your thermostat is not correct for your application or its open, probally open.
