Has anyone every heard of a C6 transmission being used in a 351w into a 92 or similar mustang?

A C6 can be used...but it's definitely overkill. They're big, heavy, and suck up a helluva lot of power. A C4 can take damn near as much abuse, weight a lot less, and have less horsepower loss.
