Default Help

Hi guys I'am new in this site I have a question maybe you guys can help me.

My car is a 1993 Mustang 5.0 with a 306 Stroker with trickflow stage III heads, solid lifters & cam (565 intake, 580 exhaust) 10:1 compresion 75 MAF. 30lbs injectors & holley system max II Inatke manifold. (150 Shot N2O)

Ok, my question is: should I use a 70 mm Trottle body or 75mm?

Thanks to everybody, this is the best site on the internet!!

firs tof all, a 306 is not a stroker, the cylinders are just bored .30.

now for your question, being you have solid lifters, and that size cam, i doubt you drive it everyday, i would go with a 75 mm tb, but maybe go to a 77-80mm maf, also, the holley intake might need porting to match a 75, i could be wrong though.

either way, that thing sounds wicked.

70mm is plenty big. I have seen dyno sheets that show that a 65mm will make more torque than a 70mm on the same motor. You have a big cam in this car, why? With a 70mm that thing should be a torque monster.
