Well, since you already paid him I would bring it back to him and have the cable re-routed. You have to have alot more play in it and room for adjustment than that.

If he can't help you without a crowbar than get your money back from that installer.

Students who were STILL LEARNING installed my quadrant and cable and THEY got it right!
