Help with blower pulley install
 

I just got my new blower pulley and I realized I have no idea what I'm doing. When I tried to take the old pulley off, it just spins the pulley it doesn't turn the bolt. I don't want to break anything so I didn't try to hard. If anybody has done this or knows how, please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated.

Did the pulley spin even with the belt on? I use an impact gun on mine.

Yeah it spun with the belt on. It was turning the crank and the blower and the fan. I'm going to try again today, see if I can find a way to stop everything from spinning.
