HELP! broke a torque box
 

My car is making a bad creaking sound when i drive away from a red light or stop sign and when I turn into driveways. the ound is coming from behind my back seat on the passenger side. Does it sound like the torque box or something else regardless there gettng welded tomorrow. Does anyone have a picture of a welded torque box or can discribe where to weld them so I can make sure there done right, thanks.

Mufflerboy, It's kind of difficult to see the torque boxes. You mentioned you have aftermarket upper and lower control arms. They usually weld the boxes directly to the chassis. Every seam should be welded for maximum strength. After the work is done, crawl under the car and look up in between where the control arm connects. Good Luck!
