going turbocharged which cubic inch motor to build

hey fellow mustangers after all the deciding on power adders i'm going with a twin turbo set up by turbo driven concepts.and now all i got to do is decide what would be the best stroker motor to build as my foundation for this turbo charger i already decided on the heads i'm going with the new trick flow high port heads,still deciding on a intake for it. what would be the best cubic inch motor to build for it should i go with a stroked 302 or a stroked 351.the car i'm building it for already has drag race suspension front to back and i'm hoping to get into the low 10's possibly a high 9's on a good cool day.so i would appreciate any help u all can give me thank u.
