Post AOD kickdown (TV linkage)...where to get one?

I'm almost done planning my project...but I figured that my kickdown linkage (TV linkage...whatever) probably won't work with an EFI setup. The car was originally a CFI car w/ an AOD and now I'm going to have a Lentech AOD so I wanna make sure I've got the right cable (how much of an @ss would I be ruining a $2000+ tranny just because of a linkage?). So where can I find a linkage that'll work? Does Ford still sell them through dealerships? If so, any ideas how much or how complete it is?
