Default Car wont start after injector swap PLEASE HELP

OK first off I have spark and I do have fuel pressure. I have tested with a noid light and it did not light up so the injectors are not being told to turn on. I have pulled apart the 10 pin and they are clean no corrations.
Where do I go from here?

Background
I just wapped to GT-40 heads and an Performer intake. I installed 30 lbs injectors but it was running too rich so I dropped down to 24s and now it wont start.

Thanks for the help
I just want to drive my car again its been too long

If the battery was out of the car, it will still have the old computer settings unless you reset it. Do this. disconnect the ground cable from the battery, have someone turn on the key then touch the negative cable end to the positive. Hold this for say. . .ten seconds (count slow) This will reset the computer and it will have to relearn the engine, hopefully learning all the new settings as it goes.

Also, the TPS setting may be part of the problem. Try to set it as close to .99v as possible.

Default Fixed

Seems it was the TPS. I unpluged it and it started right up. I was told that if it was shorted out and said it was at WOT then the computer wouldn't the the car start.
Thank you all for your help.

I wish I had read this thread sooner! You are right, when the TPS tells the ECM it's at WOT during startup, the ECM assumes that's because it's flooded, and shuts off the injector pulse until it determines that the engine has fired, or is no longer at WOT.

Take care,
~Chris
