Post HELP-Cobra Intake

Need advice!! I'm installing a new Cobra upper and lower intake on my '92 GT. On the stock lower, there is a sensor on #5 intake runner-Manifold Air Temp. There is no provision for this on the new Cobra piece. Do I leave the connector off and forget the sensor, or will this screw up the computer(put it in a default mode??) I'm running a stock A9L computer with a Hypertech chip. Thanks.
