Default help do i need a computer tune?

hello everyone i have a 1990 mustang lx with shorty headers x303 cam edelbrock performer heads and intake upper + lower, flowmasters, ac delete, smog delete, and i think that is pretty much it. some times the car has a hesitation and it wont stay running at idle. the idle goes up and down until it finally just dies. then sometimes it runs perfect until you shut the car off then turn it on and runs like crap again. so can someone please help
