HELP! Do I REALLY need an ACT sensor?
I dont have any access to a drill or tap for that matter to drill for the ACT sensor in my 94' cobra lower. Can I just leave it off temporarely? I need to get to work tommarrow, and I have to have my car running. What are my options?

You do need it, or your car would run in rich mode all of the time (default setting). I would say try to find another way to work, unless this is just for a day or two and you can work on it real soon. This is only if you absolutely have to have a car.

Can I relocate the sensor to my intake inlet hose? I've seen this done before, this way I can prevent drilling, just run a longer wire from the harness.

I don't see why you couldn't do that. As long as it can take a good reading it shouldn't matter. It should be fine there.
