Default Tire Debate

Similar thread on the Modular forum...but how do the Michelin Pilots compare with the Kuhmbo Ecsta Supra 712s? Would be on 17" rims. Any other considerations for around the same price range?

Priorities:
1) Traction
2) Handling...(AutoX)
3) Different Weather Conditions

Thanks,
DoranW

I can't give any advice since i've never had either tire....but the reason i'm posting is because if you go to tirerack.com or alot of other sites they'll have reviews of the tires and what people thought of them. Another place you could post this is in the corner carvers (i think that's what it is) / autocrossing forum on this website. Sorry i can't give you a definate answer.

i have a few friends that are running the kumhos and they really like them they say the wet traction is good too actually they have me talked into a set as soon as i can swing it im getting them for my 17 inch wheel upgrade
tire rack has them fairly cheap too i think they are the most reasonable way to get z rated rubber
