Post Help with h-pipe???plz

Ok, i began the h-pipe installation this morning, it was a @#$@%, the installation wasnt all that bad, but when i went to put my 02 sensor back in the pass side, it cross threaded, and was tight around half way in? also, the clearance is tight right there, i think this could be leaking possibly, is it a defected part? i know the 02 is good, cuz i changed it with the other side, and same results, also what do i do with the air tube? is it alright to hook it up into the exhaust? it is an offroad.
And one more thing, i hear a leak somewhere, in the center, near my trans, is it possible i didnt get the middle clamp on tight? does it fit inside the other, or does it fit flush? sorry bout all these ?'s
but you guys always know...
