![]() I have a 93 gt and i am having some problems. I have timed and retimed the car but these still happens. When i am driving slow say up a hill or something the engine surges bad. But if i unplug that timing connecter right off the distruber the surging goes away some what or all most completely. What do ya think could be happening. Could it be computer or the ingnition modeul. sorry about the spelling. Thanks for your help.

![]() First off make sure your timing light is set up correctly, with the spout connector out, set your timing to 10 degrees, this is considered stock, and reconnect the spout. removing the spout will not allow the spark to advance. Try that.
