Default testing antifreeze acidity w/ voltmeter?

i know you dip the voltmeter (+) probe in the antifreeze and the (-) probe to a good ground. you can then determine the acidity of the antifreeze based on the voltage. can someone tell me what voltage levels to look for? is this the right way?
