help me with my code scanning

I just checked for codes and I get a code 11 twice meaning everything is good, but if I keep the tester light I'm using connected I get a code 66.Which is no mass air sensor flow signal. If I disconnect the mass air sensor harness the car doesn't surge or run rough at all.It used to surge horribly back when my car was running strong all the time.My car runs like it has a on and off switch. If I try a koer test the car idle goes up to 3000rpm.I tried a new mass air sensor and that made the car run rich.

Hey when you do a koer test the idle will go up, it does that so you can check the timing. IT is supposed to be 20 degrees more than your inital timing. If you wait a minute until it's done then it will give your codes.

If my mass air sensor voltage is below normal them what do I do? There is power to the harness but if I unplug it that does nothing. Could the harness it's self be bad causing the computer to go into open lope? Tomorrw I will try the koer test again. My car hasn't been running right for over a year and nobody has a clue on what's going on.
