Man, my clutch had a slight chatter for a while now, but today i started it up and it has got a really bad one

, and i drove to the store, and on deceleration it sounds like a (howling) (clicking) noise? the tranny shifts fine, and it still whines a bit, im also not sure if its slipping, but my car feels like it lost a little power, from what i think may be slipping, cuz my car went from trapping 98 mph to 95? wtf?
could the throwout bearing be gone? i had this clutch for over a yr in a half, many races on it with street tires? should i just replace the clutch?
tommorow im gonna call ford and price the fms clutch, but i have to have my car during the week...thnx to anyone that can diagnose this problem, but regardless i know it's prolly time for a clutch.
