HELP! seatbelt won't click??
 

I guess id call it the female part im my driverside, it is just worn i guess, it wont click the belt anymore, and i drive everyday, having to pass cops, they will give me a ticket soon if i dont do something, not to mention in an event of an accident, id kind of need it....
my question is, can i get this from ford in the red color my interior is? and what is that black wire that goes to the belt? is it important? thanx for any info, i need to do something fast.

Id just go to the bone yard and get one.

Just make sure it isn't oily or any of the material is damaged.

Have you bought one yet, cause it just so happens I have a red one in my garage collecting dust you can have.

no i havent bought one, man i sure appreciate it, im thinking about getting a harness that bolts into the floor.

you know i checked with the bone yards, as many stangs we have in tx, they are hard to find in the bone yards, but im sure someone in this town has something.
