Post Help! Trouble

OK, well i got my car back together after having the heads worked on. Go eveything on, and filled it with new oil and antifreeze. Left the cap off and started the car. Ran good. Let it warm up and then cool down, then topped off the radiator and put the cap on. Turned the car on to let it warm up. Shut it off and noticed a bit of smoke or steam coming from the engine area and headers. Went back and started the car, this time the idle surged up, almost died, and went back and forth hunting for idle. Now i get out of the car and look it over, notice a little water dripping from the exhaust tip. Got in and gave it some gas, and water just started dripping from both tips. What is wrong? IM guessing headgasket or something. But hopefully its something not so hard to fix.

Sorry to tell you this buddy but if you have got water comming from the pipes and it isn't just condensation then you got a gasket problem.
